Mittal Enterprises provides genuine and tested PCB boards for appliances. We stand behind the quality of our products.

We offer a 10-day assurance period from the date of delivery.

If a customer receives a defective or incorrect product, they must inform us within 10 days of delivery.

After verification, we will offer:

• Replacement of the product, or
• Appropriate resolution depending on the situation.

Conditions for replacement:

• Product must not be physically damaged due to misuse.
• Product should be returned in original condition.
• Proof of issue (photo/video) may be required.

In many genuine cases, replacement is provided to ensure customer satisfaction.

Shipping costs for returns may apply depending on the case.

Refunds may be processed if replacement is not possible.
